FAQ

Questions nurses ask.

Who will I work for?

You join the Vitals N More team, and we send you on assignments with partner companies and concierge members.

How much will I be paid?

Pay depends on your role, specialty, location, and the assignment. You see the rate for every assignment before you accept it.

Do I need a compact license?

You need an active license in the state where you work. A compact license can open assignments in other compact states, but it is not required to apply.

Can I choose my schedule?

Yes. Choose full time, part time, per diem, or contract work, and accept only the assignments that fit.

Do I have to travel?

No. Local work is always an option. Travel assignments are there if you want them.

How long does hiring take?

It depends on how quickly verification, your background check, and references come back. We keep you updated at each step.

Does it cost anything to apply?

No. Vitals N More never charges nurses to apply or to be placed.
